Miles are earned on direct bookings at any Swiss Hotel Apartments residence — Interlaken, Grindelwald, Montreux, Lugano, Gstaad or Engelberg.

At the end of your stay, scan the QR code in your apartment or use the link in your invoice email to open our Miles & More Guest Portal.

Upload your invoice

Upload your invoice and enter your Miles & More service card number. Your miles are validated and credited automatically — you'll receive a confirmation email.
